I bought this Kodak about a month ago, so have not used it extensively. My previous Kodak (650) had issues with delay time between pictures so I was very pleased to see this one had less than .3 second shutter speed. It is a way faster point and shoot. There are many options for the type of picture (beach, panoramic, night, action, etc.) and it is fairly easy to figure out. I was mainly looking for more MPs and higher zoom. This has 10 MP and 10x zoom which is really nice. I video taped my daughter's choir the other night and it is nice to be able to zoom in and out during recording, but you do lose focus momentarily. The playback sound on the camera is very muted, will have to see how it transfers to the computer. Would have liked to have a view finder for times when the screen is washed out by bright light, but for the price I paid on Amazon ($60 cheaper than same camera at Walmart), I will live without it. Also would have been nice if the camera was a little more stylish. All-in-all though, I am very happy with it. -- good camera for the price
